TAI CHI PHASE 2 Tai Chi phase two is developed when green belt working toward brown while learning crane as well or just in a Tai Chi class for health. In Phase 2 Tai Chi you learn much enhancing methods for this beautiful art. In Kenpo Kung Fu, the Yang system is emphasized and is what the ground work is for our Tai Chi. While learning Phase 2 a bit of Chi Kung is intermingled into it. You work on stance work and more fundamental moving drills physically. On the other hand you learn food combining to improve your eating habits to bring more beneficial points to your training. What is the point of exercising to feel and look better if you chase it down with pizza, hamburgers and soda all the time?
You will learn to help relieve pain due to minor injuries, relieve headaches and stress even though Tai Chi is a huge stress reliever the massage points enhance this feature. THIS IS NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE ANY MEDICAL TREATMENT, ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR. You will also learn sleeping methods to feel like you get more sleep that enables you to rest better. Auras are another enhancement in Phase 2. Aura is like a vibe somebody gives off but can be seen and felt more clearly. This helps with communication with people. While conversing, if their aura changes to a tensed uneasy aura I would stay clear of that subject matter. It is very beneficial to those who have bad intentions towards us like robbery or assault.
