We invite you to visit our kenpo martial arts school.

Sai

The sai is another double weapon. The sai was also used to place a hole in the ground for planting seeds.   The sai is a close-quarter weapon but great metal weapon for defense against other metal weapons. Between the long blade and guard is idea for trapping weapons. Mostly used for stabbing motions and chop like striking.

*REMEMBER THESE METHODS ARE TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF WHAT THE TRAINING IS LIKE AND A REFERENCE FOR STUDENTS AND NOT TO ACT AS A TRAINING TOOL.
