SIFU CHEYENNE'S PERSONAL FITNESS ROUTINE
A active lifestyle may increase lifespan & enhance overall quality of life. Sifu’s exercise routine: 2 times a week 30 minute consecutive jump roping without breaks. 2 times a week 30 minute cardiovascular martial arts conditioning through routine. 2 times a week arms, chest, shoulders, back strength weight training (all muscle groups) 2 times a week abs routine for 30 minutes and daily abs isometrics 2 times a week pushups routine Random teaching of classes throughout the week 8-12 hours a week of self practice and new material Note: my hobby is my job so staying fit, keeping in practice and learning different arts is an instructor’s job as well as teaching. My free time is what is spent with my wife on times off, and my practice time as well. KENPO KUNG FU OR SIFU CHEYENNE BOWERS ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES ASSOCIATED WITH FITNESS.
